The Jade Harmony is the best-selling yoga mat from Jade Yoga. At 5 mm thick, it offers very good cushioning, excellent grip and still enough stability for standing postures and balance exercises.

Due to the rough, open-pored surface, regular use can lead to abrasion and signs of wear, caused from rubbing against hands or feet, fingernails and general use. These are not manufacturing or material defects.

The more slip-resistant the material of a yoga mat is, the less abrasion resistance it will have.

Instructions for care: Natural rubber yoga mats are not washable. To clean, simply wipe or brush with a damp cloth.
